FAQ: About Healing Rooms

"What is Healing Rooms?"

It is set up like a doctors office, with a reception area, waiting room and private rooms for ministry. A ministry team of three people pray for those who come to receive ministry. A session is 20-30 minutes. Most Healing Rooms have at least two ministry teams running concurrently. Healing Rooms teams are made up of men and women from a variety of churches in the area around that local Healing Rooms and they are people with tested ministry, character, and walk with Jesus, etc. We pray for physical healing primarily and then anything else the Lord reveals.

"Is it a place?"

Yes, it is place for the sick to come to be prayed for. It is not a church service but has a "feel" kind of like church. We are non-denominational and are not trying to teach, change anybody's doctrines, enlist them in any church or movement, or promote any unusual, controversial doctrines. We share the love of Christ and people have a supernatural encounter with Jesus Christ. Counselling is not part of Healing Rooms.

"Can anyone come at anytime?"

Yes, everyone can come, we are open to the public and welcome all who come. Most Healing Rooms are open at least one day a week (it depends on team availability). The Locations Tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page will give you details of what days each of the Healing Rooms are open to minister and their hours of operation.

"Why do you pray for the Sick?"

We pray for healing for the sick because Christian compassion calls for it and God delights to heal people. No one who is an earthly father would want to watch his child suffering in pain and anguish. Neither does our Heavenly Father.

He loves us and wants to rescue us from destruction. He has already proven this to us by freely giving us His Son. Romans 8 says: He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all - how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? (Romans 8:32) As extensions of His heart, we give love and care to mankind; we want to do all we can to deliver what Jesus has provided through the cross to a needy world. The gifts of the Holy Spirit also include gifts of healings (1 Corinthians 12).

"Do you ask for money?"

We do not ask for payment, however we are a donations based ministry. Those who come for ministry are welcome to make a donation. We trust God will provide by speaking to those who would sponsor this ministry through both their prayers and gifts. All donations go toward the costs in running Healing Rooms and ministering the healing message.
